Hi, I’m Hayley and I’m a health and lifestyle coach based in Bournemouth, England.
I started my business over 10 years ago, as the Food Ninja where I supported thousands of people with their nutrition.
When I first started out as a Nutritionist, I very quickly realised that you can’t untangle your health from all the other shit you have going on.
You KNOW what you should eat, that you should exercise, that you should relax. It’s not a knowledge problem.
It’s about having the ability, the mindset, the support, the capacity and the BELIEF to do those things consistently.
That’s what I’m here for.
Every client I came across would have a different issue- not sleeping well, not managing stress, juggling too many roles- business owner, wife, mum, daughter, carer…
Which is how I ended up with my ‘unique’ set of qualifications 🤓…to TRULY sort all the shit that’s holding you back and help you to achieve your version of success.

I come from a corporate project management background- a job I was good at but wasn’t fulfilling- I was stressed, had unhealthy coping mechanisms and wasn’t looking after myself properly.
I came across Crossfit, and was hooked- I really loved Crossfit, fell in love with improving my health and started to work towards qualifications in the health industry.
then I Broke My Back!!!

Being unable to do Crossfit meant that I needed another focus. So I started helping people with their nutrition from my sick bed whilst waiting for spinal surgery.
And that’s how the Food Ninja was born.
I realised very quickly that nutrition is only part of the puzzle.
Everyone knows what they should be doing, it’s not a knowledge problem. Many of us have lifestyles that prevent us from implementing that knowledge.
Over the years I’ve seen that sleep, stress, recovery, hormones, habits and our lifestyles all have an impact on health- so I threw myself into learning all about those to make sure I could help you sort all the health-related shit that’s holding you back.
To mark the 10 year anniversary of Food Ninja in 2024 I became the Lifestyle Ninja to truly reflect everything I have to offer you.
The result is true lifestyle changes with positive long term benefits- such as my client Jess who is still benefitting from our work over 3 years later:
