You pick the goal, and we’ll tailor the tracker and targets to you. You’ll get daily support (and banter ), plus expert advice from the Ninja to keep you consistent and clued-up.
Each day, you’ll spend five minutes filling in your tracker—because we’re all about results.
At the end of the challenge, we run fitness tests, take body fat measurements, and wrap it all up with a full data analysis from me. You’ll get clear feedback on your progress and my expert recommendations on what to do next.
Like all things CrossFit, it’s totally scalable. We’ll meet you where you are, from ‘never been a gym person’, to ‘I’m going to the Games’ and everything in between.

TESTING AND TRACKING
During the challenge you will have your very own tracker where we will note down all your stats. You will be tested at the start, midway and at the end. During the challenge you will be able to track your daily stats at home for me to analyse.

Each week you will receive a video as part of the challenge, with a task. The tasks and videos are designed to help you stack and track new habits each week during the challenge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be ‘fit’ already?
Absolutely not – the challenge (and fitness tests) can be scaled to your level, and a Coach will help you with this. There is ALWAYS a version that you’ll be able to do, that will be appropriate to you.
Will I have to dedicate lots of time to this?
We all lead busy lives – the challenge is designed to fit with your lifestyle, and there’s always A version of the habit you can do.
All the videos are under 20 minutes long, and if you don’t have time to watch those, there is a weekly “What do I need to do this week?” video that is always around 5-8 minutes long.
You’ll have a tracking spreadsheet to fill in, but if you do it daily, it’ll take less than 5 minutes.
I will be in the Whatsapp group every single day, so you can get your questions answered as quickly as possible.
Will you give me a list of foods I’m not allowed to eat?
Definitely not! The challenge is based on principles, which means you’ll get guidance on how to tweak them to fit with your lifestyle and preferences.
You can get a great result without feeling miserable about what you’re eating!
