“Working with Hayley has helped me to learn so much about what I need for my own health and well-being.

I initially went to Hayley to help me lose weight and in fact that has turned out to be almost the least important part of what we did together (and the one bit I have now got all the tools for but am still working at consistently applying as it’s still a work in progress!)

Adding in activities that allow my mind to slow down and my body to recharge…without feeling guilty that I was being lazy has been a massive part of this.
