We talked about mental health, sleep habits, stress management, personal aspects, kids, business tools, in fact we addressed all areas of life really.
Lots of small components that when they’re all working properly together mean you’ve half a chance of being on the right track.
Hayley has been instrumental in shaping these components for me, getting me on that track, and providing me with the tools to stay there.
It’s been a while now since I last worked with her, but I still follow the principles she’s taught me.
I still (religiously) fill in the ‘famous’ spreadsheet every morning!
To be honest, I’m a little lost without it – I love data, and from the data I can see where I need to make tweaks if things are getting a little unstuck health-wise.

I never realised how our health and wellbeing is based on absolutely everything we eat. It is not just the way we look (obviously it is important). In my case, I have not had a migraine in months, since I started with you! I used to take painkillers every day for that, as you know.
Therefore, apart from a physical change, it involves a huge improvement in energy levels, quality of sleep… It is not just a “diet”, as people may think. It is a lifestyle.

Firstly, I think self development is worth investing in and if you’re able to do it, you’ll always come out the other side wiser.
Secondly, Hayley really is good at what she does. I’ve been working with her for a while now and it’s going to take a while longer for sure but changing habits is not easy.
Having said that, my perspective changed from our first meeting and I started seeing positive changes that stuck with my habits and behaviours from then onwards. This means to me that what we’re doing is working.
I love the fact that it’s very flexible in that I can book calls with Hayley when it’s suits me and when we feel I need to. It was more often at the start and now I’ve made progress, we have bigger gaps in between the meetings.
The additional material I get from Hayley in between meetings is also useful and interesting.
